Thank you in advance for your purchase! All products are made to order as most orders require custom size holsters. Therefore orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If you choose an express shipping option, your product will be prioritized and will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you have any issues, email me at oliviavalais@gmail.com

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products are made by hand and with love but if something were to break or if you are unhappy with your order, send an email to oliviavalais@gmail.com within 30 days after your purchase to return the product and be issued a full refund.
